Paid extra for a doctor consult, followed their recommendation, and purchased several laser sessions. None of them worked. Instead of taking responsibility for recommending the wrong treatment, they suggested a new laser and told me I’d have to pay even more for additional sessions. So after spending a significant amount already, I’m expected to gamble again on something that “most likely” will work? Very disappointing experience. I feel misled and out a lot of money. Will not return ever.
